Weather:
The prognosticators said it was going to be a particularly brutal winter but so far so good. No real snow to report and some exceptional days in the mix. I just hope it continues until spring.
There was a year delay but this year’s episode of Farecard is done and premiering on CANTV 19 Wednesday, December 7th at 9:00pm.
Here are some links to the last 3 if you need a refresher.

After that a limited number of dvds will be available as part of the annual December holiday mailing. If you want to get on that holiday mailing list send me an email.
I’ll put it online in a month or two but try and see it on TV if you can. That was the initial intent behind Farecard. Invite some friends over. Order pizza.
This is the last installment of Farecard. I may do something tangentially related in the future and I’m looking into some other film mediums/methods. I am pretty certain I won’t do another 1/2 hour skate vid. I’m really proud of each of the 4 installments. The world is also a little different in 2016. More instaphone vids, easily available hi-def. Those things are all great and I love them but they also negate the need for a long form video. I’m really honored and thankful for all the time people put into these videos and all the fun times we had making them. I’m also really excited about what’s coming up next.
I’m posting this at the end of 2016 which marked the 10 year anniversary of Such Luck. Next year will be 11 and I think I may be making some changes to the site as a whole. Unfortunately I don’t post as much as I’d like to so I think the longer form photo/text posts may go away and be replaced with something different. I’m also working on a couple of different art ideas that may be great or may be terrible but I think this’ll be a place for updates on those. If you want photos you can check Instagram or Facebook. I don’t mean for this or the Farecard announcement to come across as negative. I’m just trying to make the best use of time and not cling on to something that’s outdated or outmoded. I’ve also got a few more interactive ideas but who knows. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
In this last post of the year I figure I’d try and answer a question I’ve gotten over the years: what is Such Luck?
