Weather:
Pneumonia Front. A rare meteorological phenomenon.

I hope everyone got out and enjoyed the weekend. Me, I ate too much, got too much sun and fell on my hands. Pretty much a perfect Memorial weekend. Thanks to everyone who fired up grills, skated early and lurked late.

Went and saw the PartyDowners on Saturday. If you weren’t there you blew it.

Their record should be coming out soon so keep an eye out for more shows. Right now they are pirating across the land in their van on the way to Texas. I look forward to seeing the photos and the footage. Summer is for adventuring!

Scotty Karate sent over some of his recent photographic excellence. Here is a picture of the man himself dipping a backsmith.

Speaking of Turbo. The BBQ is about a month away. So there’s plenty of time to get your gear together to compete in the the Alex GED clothing challenge. Here is an example of what you should be working towards.

Here are a few other polaroids I snapped in the past few weeks. Tom goes frontslash.

Spencer was in Arizona for the weekend but miraculously he still came through with a trick tip.

High-fives and well wishes to Charlie who has left the city and headed west. I’ll miss him.

Next week the May edit should be finished and that’ll probably be about it.

What’s for lunch?

is that a firetruck?

Weather:
Windy. It looks like we’re going to end up skipping spring and heading straight to the sweatburn.

Just a reminder the Partydowners will be at the Empty Bottle on Saturday before they hit the road.

So the BBQ and Nonsense Contests will be at Wilson either June 28th or 29th. Still working on getting it together.

It seems like I’ve slowed to a post every 2 weeks lately. My whole family will be in town for the next few weeks so it’ll probably be slower. If you don’t see me, that’s where I am.

Eric suffered some sort of freak shoulder separation on Sunday. He gave me the sweetest Mike Tyson pin so you should buy him a beer if you see him. This latest injury and his earlier ankle/foot break means he should have a ton of new art produced. Hopefully.

What else?

Grumpy and Zoe.

We went to Burnham. There was a lot of “used to” and “remember when” talk. Horrible transitions and harsh ground. Always good for a change of pace. I’ll edit the footage eventually. For now here’s some defective polaroids.

After the session we went to Budacki‘s for some beefs.

Spencer’s been asking me about this photo for a while. Taken some time last summer.
