First snow of the year on Saturday and it looked like we were done for but then a strange thing happened, it warmed up overnight and the snow turned to sleet and then to rain and now its just gray.
My knee is on the mend but still not a 100 percent. I’m not a doctor so I’ll say it’s about 74 percent. It’s still about 36 percent more swollen than my right knee. Wow. Math.
So there’s no new art or skate picks or trick tips or road adventures this week but since winter is on it’s way and the season with the reason is here I thought I’d post up a few links to make your work day pass a bit quicker and help you in your gift purchasing.
Cary Primeau takes photographs of the abandoned structures and theaters and what not. He actual manages to make Gary look pretty noble and majestic. The old post office never looked better.
Dan Kopton just had a showing of his new series Tip Well you Bastards. This is his new site and it appears to be a work in progress, if you’d like to see some more random work check out Pixel Rust.
Still getting awesome Instant Winner is back from the dead with 3 new planks and some old favorites. Clean design as always and a Mr T fashion show, hard to top.

Scott Harrison has relaunched and redesigned headbandbrothers.com. You can buy banners, calendars, and learn about the demise of valuejet. For the more serious collector of artistry you can also get some original artwork by Thom DeVita. It’s got a punch in the mouth quality to it.
The Lakai premiere is on Wednesday at the Pontiac, under 21 at 7pm, drunks at 10pm.
Also this week Circustrick Mark grows a year older. Without Mark this site probably wouldn’t exist. Raise your glass to many more happy, healthy days.
