The best Chicagoan in the history of Chicago turns 95 next week. Happy birthday Studs, I hope you live forever.

On the topic of living forever, I received this sad news via email from Issac McKay-Randozzi. “It is with sad news that I must report to you that the artist known as Porous Walker is dead.”

On the topic of artists, Mike and Roxanne McGovern show Legacy opens tomorrow night at expGallery. I’m really excited about seeing the work. I hope to see you there. If you can’t make it, I should have some good photos up next week.
